Returns

At EL&CO studio, we offer a 14-day return window for all orders placed through our website.

You have 14 days from the moment your order is delivered to request a return. Once your return has been approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

Returns requested after this 14-day period will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Any items sent outside of this timeframe will be returned to the customer.

Conditions

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags.

Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, contain perfume or fabric softener scents, have stains, or if the original tags have been removed.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.

For returns sent from outside the EU:
 • The parcel must clearly be declared as a RETURNED GOODS shipment.
 • Any customs duties or import charges billed to us will be deducted from your refund.
 • If import duties are charged upon return, a fixed amount of €30 will be deducted from   the refund.

 

Black Friday Sale orders are not eligible for return or exchange.


We are unable to offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after promotional period. Sale pricing is only applicable to purchases made within the active sale timeframe.

The original shipping fee incurred at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
