Returns

At EL&CO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can easily return your item(s) in line with our return policy:

 

• Return period: You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to return them.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags.

• Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Black Friday Sale orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

We are unable to offer price adjustments for orders placed before or after promotional period. Sale pricing is only applicable to purchases made within the active sale timeframe.

The original shipping fee incurred at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
