Returns

At El&Co, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can easily return your item(s) in line with our return policy:

 

• Return period: You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to return them.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags.

• Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
